Hi we charge shipping at cost of the freight company and when we phone you to arrange payment we will advise you on the shipping costs.
Bulk products will always incur shipping costs because the retail price is much better than if only buying small amounts.
On non Bulk Items we do have free shipping on orders for North Island of $120 or more and on South Island $180 or more.
If there are discounts offered at times then the free shipping is on what is left to pay after the discounts not on the per-discounted price.
As orders are not processed till we talk to you means that you obtain a Quote at that time which is then the fixed price.
